Chimusoro encourages the youth to collaborate instead of compete.

He goes on to highlight that working hard and being yourself is key.
“Be yourself , that`s where your power comes from. Just be the best version of yourself , If you`re yourself you`re able to tap into your power.”
He also states that mentorship is always important. He says that learning from those who came before us is best because they know and have practical experience.
“Get up and learn,” he says.
