Today 4-H Zimbabwe joins the rest of the world in commemorating International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking under the theme “The evidence is clear, invest in prevention.”
The organisation has made it it’s top priority to ensure that young people are aware of the harm associated with drug and substance abuse through sports and dialogues.
On this day, we unite to raise awareness about the devastating effects of drug abuse and illicit trafficking. Let us remember the lives lost, the families torn apart, and the communities devastated by this global issue.
Let us also celebrate the resilience of those who have overcome addiction, the dedication of those who work tirelessly to support recovery, and the courage of those who fight against drug trafficking.
Together, we can create a world where individuals can live healthy, drug-free lives, and communities can thrive in peace and prosperity.
