4-H Zimbabwe had a successful strategic plan review meeting that was facilitated by KFM Consultants. The 4-H Staff members staff showed great collaboration as they articulated the vision and mission of the organisation. There was also the identification of areas of improvement within the organisation and setting of clear goals and objectives for the next coming 4 years.
Everyone agreed on the thematic areas that will be of focus and how the organisation will articulate these areas of focus.
