Introduction
4-H Zimbabwe Foundation is a legally registered not-for-profit organisation in Zimbabwe whose vision is to witness a prosperous Zimbabwe where young people collectively play a significant role in sustainable development.
Our mission is to empower and equip youth, children, and women to become responsible, compassionate, and active leaders who drive positive change in their communities through climate action, enhanced education, food and nutrition security, peace building, and sport for development.
Our Programmes
The 4-H Zimbabwe stands as a beacon of community development, transforming lives across Zimbabwe through its multifaceted approach. Anchored in three programming areas: Food Security, Agriculture, Environmental Management and Climate Action; Peace and Governance and Healthy Living Environment, our initiatives are both innovative and impactful. The organisation strongly believes in the nexus between Peace, Governance, and Development (the PGD nexus). It is our conviction that youth, women, and children thrive within societies and institutions through proactive and inclusive participation in development, democracy, human rights, and accountable governance.
